Trash first

Items you swipe away go to Distill's Trash, not straight out of your library.

You confirm

Nothing is deleted until you empty the Trash and confirm in the iOS dialog.

30-day safety net

iOS keeps deleted items in Recently Deleted for about 30 days.

01

Deleting photos

Items you swipe away go to Distill's Trash. They are deleted from your library only when you empty that Trash and confirm in the iOS dialog. iOS then keeps them in the Recently Deleted album of the Photos app for about 30 days, after which the deletion is permanent.

You are responsible for the items you choose to delete: keep a backup of anything important.

02

Liability

Distill is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost photos or videos or for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

03

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in its courts.
